283	Rails reloading is dodgy	christy		The app reloading logic in the fcgi dispatcher the Rails autoinstaller generates doesn't work very well. I'd like to replace it with Rack::Reloader, which is part of the standard Rack distribution. This would result in both less code and hopefully better functionality.	defect	new	normal		web
