Wizard should allow displaying messages to user

Description
AIUI, there's currently no good way for a Wizard-based autoinstaller to display a message (e.g., "To enable/disable certificate auth, see http://scripts.mit.edu/faq/foo", "You can configure categories at $url", etc.). There are some (IMHO) legitimate reasons for an autoinstaller to want to do this; Wizard should support it.
